Chick-fil-A Green Mount Commons is seeking a passionate, engaged, and enthusiastic leader to make a difference in our team’s and guests’ lives daily! As our Hospitality/FOH Director, you will work in a fast-paced business, with the opportunity to be a part of our high-powered team.

We are seeking a developed leader to support the business by communicating, tracking, training and coaching all team members on achieving service and revenue goals as a team. FOH Director oversees team members in the development of the business and in the continual pursuit of “Operational Excellence” while creating a positive work culture. FOH Director is in constant contact with the senior leadership team and Owner/Operator as to what is happening in their scope of responsibility and are responsible for the overall flow of the front of house. He/she is tasked with meeting and exceeding our high goals and standards.

Pay Type: $16/hr, based on experience and availability

Position Type: Full-time, Open Availability, must close 2x a week, 3 Saturdays a month or one request per month

  • Work with the Owner/Operator and other senior leaders as part of a high-performance leadership team to execute our business strategy
  • Achieve strategic, annual business results through focus and action on tactical monthly and quarterly objectives and tasks
  • Develop, oversee, and assign tasks and positions to all FOH team members
  • Oversee the overall dining experience at the front counter and drive thru
  • Works alongside other leadership to ensure appropriate daily and restaurant staffing levels
  • Responsible for inventory management
  • Responsible for the facilities management
  • Complete understanding of each key position in both the front and back of the store
  • Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position which includes, but is not limited to, standing for up to 10 hours and lifting up to 50lbs.
  • Verifies completion of all operational assessment tools
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Greet guests to make them feel comfortable and welcome
  • Follow Chick-fil-A’s operational policies and procedures
  • All other duties as assigned


  • Experience as a leader in the customer service industry
